Thank you for shopping with The Hat Girl. We want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing Time

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days before shipping.

Custom orders, bulk orders and made-to-order items may require additional production time. Production timing depends on the design, materials, order size and current order volume.

If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether the timeline is possible.

Custom and Bulk Orders

Custom and bulk orders are made specifically for each customer. Shipping timelines for these orders begin after the design details are confirmed and any required payment or deposit has been received.

Delays in approving design details, providing information or responding to questions may delay production and shipping.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, destination and order details.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order leaves our possession, delivery timing is controlled by the shipping carrier.

The Hat Girl is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses or other events outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details after the label is created.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

The Hat Girl is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen or Delivered Packages

The Hat Girl is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to start a claim. We will do our best to help provide any order or tracking information available to us.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at tthreadsllc@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Local Pickup or Special Delivery

If local pickup or special delivery is offered for a specific order or event, details will be confirmed directly with the customer.
